At Wearing Klamby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the security tag still intact.

• 2.
  Request a Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team via WhatsApp to initiate your return request and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box and ship them back to our warehouse using a trackable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days.
